Can I place an order outside of business days?
Yes! Please keep in mind that your order may not process until the next business day. Example, if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, at the earliest, it will ship out is on Wednesday.
How long after purchase will my order ship?
Items will ship 3-5 business days after purchase (depending on the quantity). If an item is in stock, it will ship the next business day.
What are the products made of?
Waistbeads are made with 3mm-4mm seed beads and nylon thread
All other items, with the exception of the stainless steel bracelets, are made with either uv resin or epoxy resin
What is the length of the waist beads?
They are 50 inches with extra string for an easier tie-on
How do I know if I can fit the waist beads?
Use measuring tape to measure the desired area where you want to tie on your waist beads. If you do not have measuring tape, take a string and wrap it aroud your waist. Mark where the string stops and use a ruler to measure the string.
What is the donations section for?
If you just want to support the business but do not want to make a purchase, this is the place to do so. All donations, large or small, are greatly appreciated and so are you!!!
Return/Refund policy
No returns/refunds on personalized items once they have started the production or shipping phase.
All items are photographed prior to being packaged and wrapped carefully for transport.
What should I know about resin during the warm/hot months?
Resin will soften with hot tempatures. Be mindful of the weather when purchasing.
Some carriers do not have tempature controlled means of transporting from one place to another.
If your items become soft, place them on a flat surface and allow them time to cool down and they will harden again.
